Father’s Day Brunch with Chef Tim

Brunch with Chef Tim is now a monthly event at the Glass House Bed & Breakfast.

For June, we’re celebrating Father’s Day!

One seating, 12 guests, four courses with drink pairings.

$80 per person, tax and gratuity included.

Bring Dad along for a Sunday he won’t forget.

 

The Menu

Dragon Fruit Smoothie & Petite Pastry Plate

House-made gluten-free muffins and scones, sweet bread toasts, and an open-face lox bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onion, and capers.

Pineapple Prosecco Mimosa & Spinach and Goat Cheese Bundt Quiche

Rosemary sage cream sauce and hickory smoked turkey bacon.

Bloody Mary Bouquet

Tito’s vodka, house-made Bloody Mary mix, a Scarborough herb bouquet, and three skewers of savory and sweet bites with dipping sauces.

Coffee Service & Pancakes and French Toast

Cocoa Blueberry Pancakes with toasted almonds, blueberry syrup, and chocolate shavings. Caramel Brioche French Toast with toasted coconut, hot and spicy maple syrup, and fresh whipped cream.
