Our Wines

Our award-winning wines are made primarily with grapes grown on our vineyard. From red wines to white wines to dessert wines, our winery focuses on producing the highest quality wine that pairs well with food. 

White Wines

2019 Pinot Gris
100% Pinot Gris
Estate Grown This wine offers fresh juicy notes reminiscent of grilled pineapple. Made with a sus reserve–a little fresh Pinot Gris grape juice frozen at harvest, added back before bottling, adding mouthfeel and juicy fruit tones. Pairs with seafood

2018 Chardonnay
100% Estate Chardonnay Crisp and lush with notes of almonds and tart apple. Pairs with cream sauces, chicken dishes, duck and pork.

2019 Viognier
100% Viognier A delightful wine with an abundance of fruit that entices the palate with pears, apples, peaches, and honey suckle. The long palate is dominated with fruit and spice. Pairs with richer seafood and roasted chicken.

2019 Vino Signora
76% Traminette
24% Petit Manseng Stainless-steel aging brings a sweet and tart mouthfeel to this off-dry wine. Pineapple on the nose leads to tropical fruit notes and fresh key lime. Pairs with spicy foods, roasted meat, portobello mushrooms and Thai. 2.5% RS


2018 E-Ville Pink Drink Estate Grown
70% Cabernet Franc
25% Chambourcin
5% Petit Verdot Our 2018 Pink Drink is a testament to making great wine in a difficult year. This blend has mouthwatering acidity, notes of strawberry, hibiscus, tart cherry, and a clean finish. Pairs well with lighter dishes, hard cheeses, appetizers and our Raspberry Champagne chocolate!

2019 Brosé
100% Barbera
Estate Grown It’s back! This unique rosé was created with estate grown Barbera. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and tastes like strawberries, watermelon and nectarines. This is a dry rosé that pairs perfectly with lighter pasta dishes, grilled shrimp, soft cheeses, and mushrooms.

Red Wines

2017 C-Villian
100% Chambourcin
Estate Grown Fruit forward, high acid, medium bodied wine with powerful cherry, strawberry, blackberry & raspberry. Good balance, weighty palate and full mouthfeel. Great sipping wine! Good with burgers, BBQ and sandwiches.

2013 Barbera
100% Barbera
Estate Grown This beautiful light style wine has bright acidity, tart cherry and red fruit notes It has a nice smooth finish that pairs well with pastas, chicken, lighter grilled meats, truffles and mushrooms. $30

2017 Cabernet Franc
100% Cabernet Franc
Estate Grown Notes of strawberry, black pepper and a touch of red plum. Aged in neutral Hungarian Oak, this has lovely depth, medium tannins, and a smooth, lasting finish. Pairs well with beef, goat cheese and mushroom dishes.

Amici (NV)
Estate Grown The Chambourcin was fermented on the skins of Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, then blended with Barbera. The Amici offers flavors of deep red and black fruit with a hint of spice and smoke. Pair with grilled meats, smoked cheese, charcuterie or our Cherry Chili chocolate.

2013 21st
46% Cab Sauv, 38% Cab Franc, 16% Merlot Our 21st has notes of leather, baking spice, black cherry, tobacco, firm tannins, smooth mouth feel with a medium finish. Aged in oak for 18 months. Our 21st pairs well with grilled meat, portobello mushrooms, heavy sauces and stews.

2017 Audace
100% Barbera

Estate Grown Amarone-style wine. Aromatic, richly textured flavors of raisins, tobacco, cedar, chocolate, coffee and almonds. Drying the fruit results in strong acid and high tannins, a long finish and complexity. Great aging potential. Pair with rich sauces, heavy meats and strong cheese. 17.5% alcohol without fortification.

2017 Estratto
100% Chambourcin
Estate Grown Chambourcin was fermented on the pomace (pressed off grape skins) of Cab Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, It has dark and spicy raspberry flavor with hints of fig and smoke. Pair with steak, barbequed ribs and rack of lamb.

2017 Tannat
100% Tannat
Honah Lee Vineyard fruit Big bold red, plum and blackberry upfront, melting into smoky dark fruit and a long tannic finish. The wine will age and improve slowly for years. Stands up to any food, but we like it with grilled meats, especially steak. Aged for 31 months in new American (33%), new French (33%) and neutral oak.

Desert Wines

Meglio del Sesso (NV)
100% Norton
Estate Grown Dessert wine made with ground dark chocolate. Deep succulent red wine with aroma and finish of chocolate and cherries. Smooth and balanced. Ask about the name! 17.5% alcohol.

2013 Belleza
100% Norton
Estate Grown Port-style wine made with grape brandy. Smooth and full-bodied with creamy depth. Hints of plum, cherry and prune. 17.5% alcohol. Beautiful!
