Band Bio:
LOCAL VOCALS is an eclectic acoustic trio featuring the vocal stylings of Cindy Perfater, former lead singer with Charlottesville’s
Houserockers Band for over 25 years. Pat Burns, guitarist/vocalist formerly with The Kool Kats and City Lights; and Mike Perfater, guitarist/vocalist who spent nearly three decades with The Houserockers Band as its founder and leader. The trio’s musical style relies heavily on tight three part harmonies, with all three members alternating as lead singers, and with recently added percussionest Carl Moyer holding down the groove.

With a powerful vocal chemistry, and now in their ninth year of performing together, LOCAL VOCALS repertoire includes a wide variety of traditional classic acoustic rock of The Eagles, Crosby Stills & Nash, The Zack Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett along with familiar modern selections of The Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Little Big Town and ambitious unplugged versions of pop and rock groups whose music spans nine decades.

Please note, weather permitting the music may be outdoors — set up under the eaves on the back deck. Glass House Winery owner Jay has added several fire pits along the deck adding a beautiful ambiance as well as an aid to keep you cozy on the cooler days.

In the case of inclement weather (or severe temps):

~ the music may be canceled

~ the music may move into the tropical conservatory (with overflow seating on the covered deck)

~ a passing light shower might be okay, but patrons should be prepared
Please check our Social Media posts or call the Tasting Room for an update.

We have plenty of spaced seating areas, the majority of which is outdoors — all seating areas are first come, based on what is available. We also have lots of room for tailgate/picnics on the grass, also first come.

We encourage you to bring your picnic blanket/ chairs. Pop up tents and personal grills are also welcome to be used at the overflow grassy tailgate and picnic areas. Picnics are welcome throughout the property, barring any outside alcohol.

Glass House Winery wines are available by the bottle and glass, and we are also conducting traditional tastings at the Tasting Room Bar.

The following measures are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, as well as our staff:
